My name is Naya Calmels, and I believe that movement is medicine. When we move with mind-body connection as the foundation of that practice, we are empowered to improve our health and to achieve our greatest potential. I am dedicated to helping people improve the way they move because I believe that it leads to a happier and healthier life. Can you imagine what the world would be like if each of us practiced mindful movement?

My name is Rob Linn and I have been a full-time personal trainer in Rohnert Park and Cotati since 2017, with a background in bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, chronic injury rehabilitation and calisthenics. My unique approach is based on intuitive fitness training combined with adaptive strategies for each personal fitness client. Ongoing communication between a personal trainer and client is critical in my approach. My philosophy around choosing right psychological strategies and understanding each client’s emotions around their skills and capabilities is equally as important as choosing the right fitness exercises themselves.

A fantastic landscaping company. The owner is a jovial man, and also my father; he has done installations all over Sebastopol and Santa Rosa. If you are looking to improve your yard please give him a call.

Now part of the RET Physical Therapy group, Northwest Physical Therapy is where I spent the last few years (August 2019- August 2023) practicing my craft. Managed, and staffed by some of the loveliest people in the PNW, Northwest PT (at all four of it’s locations) is an excellent choice for your rehabilitative needs. If you are in the PNW or visiting Whatcom or Skagit counties, give this company a ring and mention my name for some (probably embarrassing) stories.

After taking my first massage class in 2008, I continued my massage education at the National Holistic Institute in Petaluma, CA, and then completed their Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy training in Emeryville. Since becoming certified in the state of California in 2015, I have enjoyed additional trainings in SMRT, Neuromuscular Reprogramming, Deep Tissue, Lomi lomi, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Prenatal Massage Techniques. My work tends to be slow and moderately deep, engaging with your muscles to address areas of pain and stress, and working with your nervous system to help create healthier and more efficient movement patterns.

There are only incredible things to say about my friend and colleague, Suz, at Unwind Oakland. She is incredibly talented, smart and driven. She has some of the most impressive credentials I have seen; She takes her work seriously, but isn’t afraid to have a good time in the room. If you are in the East Bay, please check her services!

She is a talented therapist, constantly working with athlete's to overcome their issues. I highly recommend her as a great resource in your search for improved mobility, not to mention she is a hoot!
