2 days ago Redwood orthopedic Massage celebrated its one year anniversary, and it totally slipped my mind. This past year has been an incredible journey and adventure in re-establishing my practice in Sonoma county, growing and providing service. I hope that you all can see the love and care I put into my job and I hope to do it for many more years to come and to serve all of you guys as best I can. Memorial Day weekend is almost always occupied by an anime convention that I go to with my wife, and this year I will also be doing 2 days that week (May 22 &23) at Sci-Fit Petaluma for some in-house massage. So if you're looking for body work, make sure you get scheduled before all of that.
Gentle reminder, with more activity can come more body aches and pains especially if you're not conditioned. So make sure when you're doing your training you're doing your warm-ups and cooldowns and you're focusing on good form. I have, unfortunately, tested positive for covid. After managing to avoid it for 4 years, I caught it a month after my wedding, and now despite being vaxxed and boosted out the yahzoo. If you have an appointment with me this week, please keep an eye out for messages asking to reschedule your appointments until I'm testing negative. Though I feel fine, I do want to remind everyone: Be careful out there, take care of yourselves, and mask up if you are feeling ill or are around others who are.
